havent taken so any photos at a special occasion in a looooooooooong time! :) 12 batchmates, myself included, at cadenza 10 today. not bad :P and full attendance of gepers. hehehe. i'm not as efficient as mummy though, so no photos on this post :D

we sounded pretty decent if i may say so. haha haha. the oldest 'dinosaurs' were run er and wen qi. i thought wen qi was ruo xi when i first saw her at prac... oops. proud of myself for correctly rmmr-ing that run er is run er! ladida! their batch clarinets i only know of elma and her :)

how things have changed, where now juniors scowl at alumni and show black faces. and are unwilling to share instruements with us. Where is the love? - to borrow a line from black eyed peas. and grudgingly allow alumni to play. and treat the occasion of alumni playing as some business transaction. wow.

they sound good though. saigon was nice. tho hearing it reminded me of past times... of our directs. i pictured charis playing the horn solo, and sijia playing the piccolo... those were the days my friend... hannukah...

to think they still sing the Cadenza version of "Do you hear the people sing". when their actions seemingly show that they dont care much about tradition and the past and us seniors, why still sing the song that the seniors left behind? our legacy. the cheers. man its really been a while since i cheered my lungs out, and not any cheer, but rgssb cheers :)

took quite a few photos with batch mates and all. i think i know where i got my love for photo taking. my mummy! she takes more photos than me lor. its in the genes. haha! been so long since i took mrt home with her too, and had a good talk :) shall lok forward to our future study dates :)

and, i 'adopted' the flute juniors. wells, not all of them actually. just our directs, and even then, not all the flutes directs. just denise and the 仙女下凡。哈哈！ since all the flautists in my batch not ard... and esp shu, can 'take care' of them for a while. reminds me of how kimberly said she adopts me too. so now i have foster directs. the knees and at the lean. hahahahhaa :) together with xiaohan, they're my favourites. oops. of cos, my directs come first la. quite cute they are, the 3 of them. good to talk to them with ginny ard :):):):):)

and oh my. the call from australia. shu and huien!!! man cant wait for u 2 to come back :) esmerelda, come back to louuuuuuisa........ :D must help minna clean the toilet too tho k? hahaha. u 2 are hilarious man. never fail to crack me up :D

gosh the backstage was SUPER crowded. i've never seen it so crowded b4. amazing.

thought of last cadenza. wei was ard. hee. more of us were playing. GINNY was playing. so was mummy. ah wells. will there be any more alumni item in future cadenzas? ~shrugs~

kudos to peixuan for all the admina and corresponding that she did. and for how she travelled all the way down to ntu to get the bassoon reed to deliver it to some sec 4.
